4x4 Modular Deer Stand Plans
These free 4x4 modular deer stand plans are an idea set for a compact hunting blind that could be built in sections at home, hauled to the site, and assembled in the field. The design breaks the stand into six modules: two side panels, a front panel, a back panel, a roof module, and a support platform.
This is an untested concept plan, not a proven build. I am sharing it as a starting point for deer stand ideas, especially for anyone thinking through modular construction, small-site assembly, or a one-person stand layout.

Untested Concept Plan
These drawings were never build-tested by me. The original cover notes that the door area may need additional support and that the roof module may need to be redesigned or strengthened. Review the structure carefully before using any part of this idea.
Do not treat this as an engineered hunting blind plan. Verify the framing, bracing, fasteners, anchoring, platform height, ladder or access method, wind load, snow load, and local hunting/property rules before building anything from it.
Design Notes From The Drawing
The plan was drawn around modular construction. The idea was to build the wall and roof sections somewhere convenient, then carry the parts to the final location for assembly.
The PDF includes drawings for the front module, left and right side modules, back module, and support platform. The back module includes the door idea: build the panel on a full sheet of siding, leave the corners connected while adding hinges and hardware, then finish cutting the door open after the stand is assembled onsite.
That modular approach is the useful part of this plan. The exact structure still needs builder judgment, especially around bracing, the roof, the door opening, and the support platform.
